The  Greens  in Coppell Greens

Dear Friends and Neighbors,

We live in a great neighborhood.  Unlike other parts of Coppell, our homes are very
reasonably priced.  We have a vibrant community as seen at our neighborhood socials.
One of the things, however, that really makes where we live unique are our
Greens
We have space to breath and our houses are not right on top of each other.  Just look
at some of the new subdivisions around us where the houses cost $500K or more and
are squeezed in next to each other.  We are very lucky.

I walk my dog Kayla every evening and often walk through the greens. I walk through the
big triangle, down the spillway, up to the top of the hill to look out over Coppell and down around
the pond.  Rarely, if ever, do I see others out in the greens walking or playing.
Those greens are there for us to use.  Don't be afraid to use them!

Did you know that we have almost 2 miles of greens to walk through?  Here is a
sketch that I drew showing where I walk and some Proposed Paths *.  Take the opportunity
to walk in the greens and it will give you a different perspective on our neighborhood.

You should take advantage of them, too because you are paying for them.  Almost 60% of

your $50/month HOA fees go to paying for landscaping and utilities.  That's a big chunk.

I hope to see you walking or playing in the Greens

* Please note that the proposed paths shown are walking guides only.  We have not
spent any funds on design, planning or construction of actual paths.

up to either an alley or another street, and there are very few green spaces.
