If you are replacing your roof with the same roof shingle with the same weight, color and warranty, you DO NOT need to submit an ACC request.

The roof shingles originally installed on our roofs was a Weatherwood 3-tab shingle as shown above.

Many houses in Coppell Greens have since upgraded their roof shingle with an Architectural (Dimensional) shingle.  Shown below is Owens Corning Driftwood.

As a general rule, colors which are acceptable are

• gray
• tan
• brown
• or mixtures of the above

GAF Roof Shingles  (All of the colors shown are acceptable.)

Colors which are not acceptable are:

• white or very light colors
• green, red, blue or other colors
• extra large or dramatic shape shingles

It is preferred that ACC requests be completed online on www.SpectrumAM.com.  If that is not possible, however, you may complete an ACC request form and submit it to Pati Reyes and e-mail it to her at: preyes@spectrumam.com or arc@spectrumam.com.
