The Greens in Coppell Greens  

 

Dear Friends and Neighbors,
We live in a great neighborhood.  Unlike other parts of Coppell, our homes are very reasonably priced.  We have a vibrant community as seen at our neighborhood socials.  One of the things, however, that really makes where we live unique are our  Greens.  We have space to breath and our houses are not right on top of each other.  Just look at some of the new subdivisions around us where the houses cost $500K or more and are squeezed in next to each other.  We are very lucky.

Have you ever walked through the greenbelts?  I like to walk through the big triangle, down the spillway, up to the top of the hill to look out over Coppell and down around the pond.  Rarely, if ever, do I see others out in the greens walking or playing.  Those greens are there for us to use.  Don’t be afraid to use them!

You should take advantage of them, too because you are paying for them.  Almost 60% of your HOA fees go to paying for landscaping and utilities.
